Here is my part. I included one blank recipe card and one with my favorite recipe! Every Thanksgiving and Christmas I make "Pumpkin Rolls" for my family. They are delicious and I always have requests for them. Trust me, this is one you have to try! Here's a tip... when you take it out of the oven, make sure to spread the mixture and roll it up quickly before it cools or else it can crack. Use lots of powdered sugar to keep it from sticking and ensure it unrolls without getting stuck to the wax paper. This recipe yields 16 servings (although it's really 8 if you serve larger slices) Here is a picture of the finished product. Yummy-licious!
